As a local coffee company, we would like to be a leading example in waste reduction and sustainability, by showing people how a small business can make a difference, with a little dedication.

There is little we can do when it comes to the great distances our coffee has traveled. However, our community is the right place to start when caring about the environment. (For instance, we have diverted waste from the landfill since January 2010). By striving to create the lowest possible environmental impact at our Cafes and Roastery, we seek to contribute to consumer education, reducing waste to a near zero and hopefully inspiring future environmentalists.
